The Great Plains Connector provides seamless integration between Address Validator and Microsoft Dynamics™ GP by using one of SemanticSpace’s pre-built Adapter for Windows. Connector is developed to extend the functionality or operations of an existing application by seamlessly integrating with Microsoft Dynamics™ GP application.

Scope & Advantages:

Address Validation can be used wherever and whenever addresses are entered in your Microsoft Dynamics™ GP need to be validated. Current product validates at three main key areas Customers, Vendors, Sites. However this feature can be extended / customized to meet once business needs.

Provides a method for doing Address Validation at different places sourcing by:

	The correct Point of Origin Address of the item being picked up
	The correct Point of Destination Address based on the method of shipment/delivery
	The correct Sales Location code if applicable

Users will have the ability to validate addresses in their system. The Points of Integration can vary; however, as a general rule any address which could be passed to the service is a candidate for integration with Address Validation.

Users will have the ability to validate a range of addresses in their system. The Users should have the ability to select any range and type of address in their system.

The application uses wizards which are user friendly. The tool provides some preconfigured templates for migration. User can also save templates. It is possible to add multiple entities and set multiple data sources.

User can configure the template to map the source fields to the MS CRM fields and as well as set a criteria for the Entities. Lookups are provided to perform data mapping. The tool performs data validation and Sql type validation, checks whether all source data is mapped to CRM data, checks for the existence of a record for updating.

Errors during data validation, data Import are logged to log files. Reports are provided to show total records, records inserted, updated and failed.

QB to MS Dynamics Great Plains

The QuickBooks to Great Plains Migration Tool converts data from QuickBooks to Great Plains to upload Customers, Vendors, Employee, Inventory, General Ledger beginning balances and history, open AR transactions and open AP transactions in Great Plains.
