SemanticSpace offers unique testing services on an onsite-offshore model, wherein the onsite QA teams coordinate with the offshore QA teams to deliver end-to-end test services. SemanticSpace's clients have the option of deploying SemanticSpace QMWare - a test management application that gives complete visibility of the offshore resources and test processes.

Concurrent Testing model or the Collaborative model implies interaction between client and SemanticSpace in a phased manner. Testing tasks such as regular testing, automation or performance testing are shared between Client and SemanticSpace teams. Over the time more tasks can be taken on by the SemanticSpace team completely. In this model the Semantic Space test lead shall primarily operate from the on-site initially for the purposes of gaining insight in to the client’s processes but would continue to manage the offshore testing team. He shall do the knowledge transfer to the Semantic Space offshore team and act as a single point of contact for the client. Once the knowledge transfer is complete and the project is taken over by Semantic Space testing team completely eh test lead shall shift to offshore.

In the Independent Testing model all the testing tasks functional, non-functional, and automation testing are handled by the Semantic Space test teams form Offshore. In this model the SemanticSpace test lead and also the testing team shall operate from offshore. Knowledge transfer shall be done by In-house class room training by the test lead of SemanticSpace utilizing the training material supplied by the client or directly by the client representative either by traveling offshore or by Webex or other suitable communication media.
