He has over 25 years of experience in the field of software development and consultancy. His vision and experience in the field of IT helped building SemanticSpace successfully as per the business model. Satya holds M.S. in Computer Science from IIT Madras.

BVR handles operations of SemanticSpace in India. He has over 34 years of IT Experience mainly in the management of customer support services. BVR started his career with Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL), a pioneer organization in the field of computers in India, serving for more than 25 years and developed expertise in leading and managing large team of Maintenance and Networking professionals and multiple locations. He also worked for MNCs like Metamor and PSI Net as General Manager - Enterprise, responsible for Networking Services and Solutions. He has also undergone specialized training in computer hardware in USA and other Management development programs in India. BVR holds an engineering degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Venkat has extensive experience in Telecom, DataCom and service industry. He played vital roles in various companies like ICL and AMDOCS in Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Before coming to SemanticSpace, Venkat was a founding employee of BayPackets, Inc. a NextGen Enhanced Voice Services company in Fremont, CA. Venkat has an M.S.E.E from University of Missouri - Columbia, MO and a B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications from Osmania University, India.

Shivaji heads the Product Engineering group at SemanticSpace. Prior to SemanticSpace Shivaji has worked in companies like Cisco Systems, PeopleSoft, and Vensoft in the product development area. Shivaji has successfully executed mission critical projects related to ERP, CRM, Operations, Manufacturing and Enterprise Architecture (EA). Shivaji holds B.Tech degree from R.E.C. Warangal and MBA in Technology Management from UoP, California. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.

Sathiya heads the packaged application services at SemanticSpace. Prior to joining SemanticSpace he worked at Keane Inc., an IT services firm based in Boston. He was involved in developing and managing various enterprise applications for Fortune 1000 clients. At SemanticSpace, Sathiya played a major role in setting up offshore delivery and maintenance team for business critical B2B applications for leading mortgage lenders and in building a practice for delivering ERP, SCM and CRM solutions from small to medium size enterprises. Sathiya Murthy holds an engineering degree from Madras University.

Raj has several years of varied experience in an array of fields spanning software, QA & testing and infrastructure consulting. He is experienced in building testing and process teams and delivering complex and mission critical applications. Raj was instrumental in building QA practice from scratch in SemanticSpace. Raj drives the QA initiatives such as ISO and CMMi at SemanticSpace. Raj is a lead assessor for ISO 9001:2000 and a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA). Raj holds M.Tech degree in Town Planning from Anna University, Chennai and M.B.A (Finance) from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Prior to this role, Venu played key roles at Countrywide Home Loans, UPS, Microsoft Corporation and Wipro Technologies. He holds MS degree in Computer Science from PSG Tech., Coimbatore.

Venkatesh held senior positions in leading industrial groups in India in the Financial Services, Telecom and Retail domains. Venkatesh is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.

S. Ravi, is a Science and Law graduate from Bangalore University. He is a Govt. of India National Scholar for excellence in studies in the year 1975 and also obtained a Masters Degree in Science from Southern California, Los Angels. He is specialized in Taxation and started practice as an Advocate in High Court of Karnataka and later in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He has participated in many seminars on Taxation, Corporate Laws and Commercial Laws and also contributed articles to various journals.

Ajay Mittal has over 13 years of experience in funds management, taxation and finance. He has been with UVF since its inception and has played an active part in identification and evaluation of investment opportunities and monitoring the investments made. He represents UVF on the Boards of portfolio companies such as Marksans Pharma, Koutons Retail and SemanticSpace. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by profession.
Ajay was earlier involved in managing 'India Access Fund' a U.S $ 80 million India dedicated offshore fund of UTI.
He was a key member of UTI's Investment monitoring function where he was involved in extensive performance monitoring of around 300 portfolio companies spanning various sectors such as information technology, fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and power, in the course of which he gained valuable experience in negotiations, restructuring and in mergers and divestures. He also has experience in mutual fund accounting and back office functions.

Satish Deshpande, a Metallurgical Engineer from BHU-IT, Varanasi and MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad has 16 years of working experience in manufacturing companies. Before joining New Vernon, he was responsible for Indian operations of a leading US distributor of electrical hardware, Sigma Electric (NC, USA). There he recently led a team for acquisition of additional $20Mn business and successfully transitioned the manufacturing to India. Earlier Satish worked as CEO of Insulation Division of Sahney Kirkwood, a leader in manufacture of high voltage mica based electrical insulation. Satish has completed his second MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He has received training from GE Power Systems as Green Belt – Six Sigma.
